I am sure there must be a lot of you out there whose forearms pop out but the back part doesn’t. Well, the not so popped up part is your triceps. Hmmm, do you remember popeye? Remember the big bulging part in his hand with the anchor? Well, that is called the triceps. Truly speaking Popeye actually is my idol when it comes to triceps. Since my childhood, I have been trying to have triceps like he has and I am really close to having it. So how did I do it? Very simple, triceps exercise.
Triceps exercises are the sets of exercise done by an individual to built up triceps muscles. There is not much difference between the functioning of biceps exercise and triceps exercises. The only difference is of execution and body part.It’s time that I tell you, which are the best triceps exercise for any person. So the list of it is given below-
Sounds cool right? Well, it actually is. It is also famously known as a French press. This is the first exercise which you need to perform for triceps. You need to perform at least 3 sets of 15 repetitions in your first time. I would suggest you have a spotter along with you. It simply helps you to be safer and place the bar properly. CLOSE-GRIP BENCH PRESS
Have you read any of my previous articles? If yes, then you already know why is this exercise on the list. If you don’t then, list- the concept to it is very simple. Any exercise involving multiple joints are really great for muscle growth. Also, you know how much I love bench press. Plus the arm extension during presses is really a good workout for the triceps. So when you start doing it, do at least 3 -5 sets with 10 – 15 repetition.
WEIGHTED PARALLEL-BAR DIP
Again this is one of the multi-joint exercises and there is no reason to not put it on the list. It is more of a body weight dip as all the weight is concentrated on the front of the body mass. To make this exercise more effective try to keep your focus on your triceps. Plus put on some weight and do it.
